About the event
During this retreat you'll be experiencing three advanced entrainments to move through the different levels of care - Discover, Transform and Awaken care. In between group entrainments, you will experience SRI (breathwork sessions) guided by Network Spinal practitioners. These breathwork sessions will help to enhance each entrainment and allow a deeper connection and awareness within the body.
In between entrainments there will be mindful movement sessions facilitated by a certified yoga instructor and sound healing group sessions. Mini journals will be provided so you can process and reflect on some much needed down time.
A nourishing lunch and dinner will be provided which will include vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
